About Dr. Brown

Dr. Matthew Brown, D.O., M.B.A. is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. People often come for OCD and anxiety — including when they already understand skills like ERP and still feel stuck — and for help when high drive does not translate into sitting down and doing the next step.
Care combines medication when it helps, dynamic talk therapy (not refill-only visits for everyone), and whole-person support: sleep, diet, exercise, relationships, and supplements. The aim is the least medication that still keeps you well.
He does not provide ERP himself. He collaborates with many ERP therapists so exposure work, medication, and deeper therapy can stay aligned.
